We use your information to operate the Reach platform, facilitate deals between creators and brands, process payments via Stripe, and send transactional emails about your account and deals.

3. Payment information

All payment processing is handled by Stripe. Reach does not store your credit card or bank account details. Please review Stripe's Privacy Policy for details on how they handle your financial data.

4. Data sharing

We do not sell your personal data. Creator profile information (name, bio, audience stats, pricing) is visible to brands on the platform. We share data with third-party services only as necessary to operate the platform (Stripe for payments, Resend for email, Neon for database hosting).

5. Data retention

We retain your account data for as long as your account is active. You may request deletion of your account and associated data by contacting us.
